Ever since he helped in rescuing three kidnapped women and a child, I’m sure Charles Ramsey of Cleveland has had so many happenings in his life. Charles and his…uh…vibrant interview went viral within hours. But I think the part that stuck with everyone the most is that his heroism and kindness shined bright like a diamond. MSN News is reporting that Charles, who pointed out that he was eating a BigMac from McDonald’s when he rescued the women, has been rewarded with the ultimate burger lover’s gift: free burgers for life.
The special burger card, which is good for life, is called the ”Chuck Card” and was thought up by Scott Kuhn of the Driftwood Restaurant Group.
“We want to honor our local hero with local food,” said Kuhn, who operates four of the restaurants participating in the offer. “He stopped his meal midway through to help those women. We’re now making sure he has other opportunities to go out and fully enjoy his burger.”
When he was questioned by Anderson Cooper about the award for finding the women that he was eligible for, Charles held up his paycheck and told him to give the money to the women. Free burgers is the least of things that this man deserves. Well done, Charles!Similar Posts:
